The Build a Barrel (Custom Micro Crush) is an all-inclusive winemaking service that allows wine enthusiasts everywhere to have their own wine made for them without having to own a winery. You can be as involved or as hands-off in the process as you'd prefer.
The following is provided:
- Grapes
- Crushing, Fermenting, and Pressing
- Barrel
- Barrel aging, topping, racking, and storage
- Bottling and supplies (includes bottles and corks)
- Labeling
- Regular, ongoing consultation
Cost is approximately $3000 for the first barrel and can be negotiated depending on production volume and services included.
